August Bank Holiday Sunday
A simply stunning afternoon on Sunday, rather unexpectedly, so we started at the old Radar Station at the top of Ventnor Down and followed our noses down to the seafront – we could have been in the French Riviera – the sea sparkled, the sun beamed and the ice creams melted before you could eat them!! Lots of scooters were over for the weekend and they made the most of the brief sunshine in between the clouds and rain of the rest of the bank holiday weekend. Fingers crossed for an indian summer before we move into winter….
